Howick and Mellons Bay are eastern suburbs of Manukau located approximately 15 kilometres from central Manukau, 21 kilometres from central Auckland.

The area is considered as an affluent seaside area with many of the homes tightly held and rarely available on the market. The coastline area has spectacular views over the Gulf; Howick has a great beach suitable for swimming and water sports for all the family. There are a range of boutique shopping and dining opportunities across the suburbs.

Howick is self-sufficient and is community-oriented with public amenities, parks and excellent beach access. Both suburbs have access to excellent nearby schools with good transport links available.
